Jordyn on crazy hair day...

I took my kids on Easter morning to see these crosses on a nearby hill. This is my favorite place to be.

It looks over the Valley.

I said to my kids, "Look at these crosses, I've never shown them to you. Isn't it beautiful up here?"

Jordyn said, "Mom, is this where Jesus died????"

Me: "Yes honey, he died on Anthem Hills."

I swear I take my kids to church.

We had a great season. Jordyn is up to 7 goals and Dylin 4!

 Jordyn is so pretty, even when she should look sweaty & gross.

 Dylin not only scored her first goal ever, but she scored two that game!



School Dances

Valentines Day 2011

Every year, the kids wake up to heart pancakes, fruit and gifts.

 Sweetest story.... Tyler and his friends unravelled a baseball. Dylin had collected all the string inside (without any of us seeing) and saved it for Jordyn. She gave it to her Valentines morning and said, "This string is for you to sew with, since I know how much you love to sew." awwwwwe.

 Jordyn had to bring a home made Valentine box. Hello??!!! Did you think we were just going to bring a shoe box? Haha Big Ha. We can't be simple about anything. LOVE THIS!!!



Jordyn's 10, lets do her 10 favorite things....

I'd say Jordyn's #1 thing is to eat! She is our sweets gal in the house!

So an ice cream bar with every topping, is right up her alley.

Some of the other things we did were: played minute to win it, watched a movie outside on the projection screen, swam, a sleepover, played Dance Central on Kinects, and more.

It was a fun but exhausting night!

Look! They still like each other. (tyler says it was only cause they were cold) BUT, this is surely a moment!

Jordyn's first GOAL!!!

Jordyn usually plays sweeper in her soccer games. She finally got up the courage to ask her Coach to play her as half back. She scored her first goal!!!!

We are so excited. I had to contain myself from running on the field.

Jordyn is our sugar junkie so a soccer cake made of crushed oreo, was exactly how to celebrate with her!
