Don't hold back tell me what kind of Mother I really am..

I was cleaning out the car and had a trash bag. Should have put it right into the trash. My pack rat girls always look through my trash bags around the house, cause they know I'll throw their crap away.... Dylin opened it up to find a receipt. She loves receipts to play store with. But really how many do you need! She said, "MOM, WHY DID YOU THROW THIS AWAY, YOU KNOW I WANTED IT." Dylin, "You don't need another one." "YES I DO, GOSH WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO LAME?"

Dylin is 5!!!

Dylin is 5 today!! (June 28)... She is a miracle child. These are a few of our pictures from her party. The news came to catch her story on how she is the PKD miracle child. She has made it to 5 without any medication, dialysis or a transplant.

OMG it's starting....

Tyler & Jake decided they wanted cinnamon rolls, they didn't want to ask for help or wait to have them cooked in the oven, so the terds cooked them in the microwave. They were total dough inside...but what was even the bigger shoker is when they were examining them, poking them as they were cooling I heard, "They feel like boobs, nice & soft."
What in the world, how do they know they feel like that!!

Warning of the day...

This is for my new neighbor Laura.  Better than calling CPS.
Laura & I decided we weren't official friends yet, we haven't taken it to that next level. We are just ingredient friends...we can borrow eggs or ingredients from one another. You think she'll want to take it to the next friendship level with me now that I let out her secret!

My phoentic southern girl

Jordyn brought her journal home from school. My sister Robin ( a 3rd grade teacher ) were laughing so hard, we had makeup dripping down our cheeks & holding ourselves from wetting our pants. In my defense, as I'm sure you'll think I'm mean to Jordyn for laughing or posting her struggles, I told her that she spells everything the way it really should be.

Bruthu - Brother

Cinde uf - Kind of

O most - almost

gise - guys

quweshen - question

Duh, middle swear Mom!

me - "Dylin, why are you flipping me off?"
Dylin - "I'm not, I wanted to middle finger swear with you."
me - "What's that mean?"
Dylin - "Mom, you know (duh) like pinky swear, but lets middle finger swear."

Stinks when kids point out your old

Dylin stared at Grandma Janice's varicose veins, looked up at her & said, "Grandma are you cracking?"

Congrats to Paseo Verde Little League AA Dodgers!

We have been going strong with many weeks that consisted of 6 days a week in baseball or several days with double-headers. Tyler plays on a club team, The Wildcats & then his little league team, Dodgers. Our Wildcat team was split up inorder to play little league & so Dodgers had 2 of the coaches & 3 players and Angels team had 2 of the Coaches & 4 players. It's been a fun competitive, playful trash talking season! We of course =) ended the season going into the playoffs being no. 1 & Angels no. 2!!!
The final game in the tournament was none other than Dodgers vs. Angels! It was the bottom of the 2nd inning & we were down 8-2. Tyler's wildcat buddy Chase Houston was pitching great, but the Angels were on fire, hitting everything.
Tyler came in at bottom of 2nd with 2 outs, Chase had met his 75 max pitches. Tyler struck out 11 batters & we held the Angels, with only one more run in 5th inning. Dodgers finally woke up and closed the gap with the score 9-8 bottom of 5. Tyler met his 75 pitches... then John Lynam came in for Angels last ups & held them. It was bottom of 6, our last ups & we loaded the bases with only 1 out. Tyler was on first. John Platt came up to bat & hit a bomb into left field.
DODGERS WON!!! This game was more exciting than club ball games!
WAY TO GO TYLER!!!

Many props to the Angels. They were not only our great fun rivals, but the game after Dylin and I came back from UCLA, they presented a gift to Dylin for her bravery!
You rock Angels.
